What is your refund policy?

Our classes require full payment at the time of booking. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or no-shows, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

Rescheduling Policy: If notification is received at least 14 days prior to the scheduled course date, you can reschedule for the same course, subject to availability and a $50 change fee.

Course Cancellation Policy: If for some reason the course is cancelled,  we will reschedule you in the next available course, subject to availability. No additional fees will be assessed.

What happens if a course is cancelled?

We will notify you promptly and provide a full refund or options to reschedule.
